Side impact to the left side: left rear quarter panel — a welded body part — deeply crumpled with a sharp fold from the rear door to the wheel arch, metal split at the arch (03, 14). The deformation runs down to the end of the sill. The i4 is an electric car whose high-voltage battery casing runs along the sill under the floor, so an impact of this height and direction requires a battery casing check. Straightening the body with quarter panel replacement plus battery diagnostics is not worthwhile for this lot.

Cold winters, salted roads. A guess by the auction yard's location — where the car was driven, we do not know. Worth checking the underbody.
We do not work out the cost and margin: Not to repair — structure. Both stand on the repair cost, which we do not work out for this car.
