The whole right side is scratched from the front wing to the rear. Right rear quarter panel torn through to the metal by the fuel filler flap (photo 3), so it would need to be cut out and welded in. Right rear tyre deflated (-39 psi), suspension possibly damaged. Airbag light lit. For a 140 thousand km car with 6+ parts and a welded panel the repair is too large.
